The nearspacecraft hull © ANP Lately we have been very busy with other projects and ANP progress has been slower than expected. Do not expect launch date estimates anytime soon. We are getting there - slowly but steadily.
Latest progress:
-
The nearspacecraft hull is completed (for more information see Hull technology page)
-
Sensor network and cabling is completed (for more information see Avionics page)
- Main battery protection, sensors and chemical heater packs.
Currently we are working with:
-
HRI (High Resolution Imager) and LRI (Low Resolution Imager) - two instruments that will be aboard first ANP flight
- Parachute and balloon suspension lines
- Flight computer and ground control software
- Helium filling equipment (tubing and fittings)
